What if I am not at my destination when I make an appointment through app?
The app will automatically detect your location, but if you’re not currently at the address that you want to have the appointment at, simply type the address in the bar below the map.
What do I do if my professional doesn't arrive?
This should NEVER happen, but if you have any problems please contact us at the support number provided under the Settings section.

What if I want to pay cash?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash, we have provided a quick, easy and secure way to pay with credit/debt card through Stripe. Its easier and safer and allows you to attain a receipt. No awkward money situations after your treatment!
What if I cannot get an appointment or no one responds?
At certain times of day or times of year our Pros are in high demand,please be patient with us. Please contact us immediately through email or phone and we will have your appointments sorted as soon as we can.

How DoES RAVENAPP WORK?
Once you have set up your profile scroll through an array of beauty and hair treatments. Click on the treatment you desire, add the date and time you require and the amount of people needing services. The notification goes out to appropriate Professionals. You can look through their profiles and decide who works for you and press "accept". Then all you have to do is add your card details and sit back and wait for the ulitmate, convienient service to arrive.
